March 22 Please join Belgrade Central School students and Missoula Children’s Theater for their production of Robinson Crusoe on March 22. Robinson and his sold companion, a goat named Wilson are shipwrecked on an island that has turned into a tourist destination. The two meet a lovable singing leopard, a tribe of natives, Friday and his family. Show times are 1pm and 6pm at Messalonskee School in Oakland. March 22 St. Martin’s Thrift Store of Millinocket, a non-profit operation whose proceeds help the needy of the area, will hold a special Saturday opening on March 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., to signal the debut of spring merchandise. In addition to its spring merchandise offerings there will be surprise sales, gift certificate give-a-ways and a month-long opportunity to win a cash prize for submitting the best idea for improving the operation of the store. The store is located at 112 Maine Ave., Millinocket and has been in continuous operation for more than 30 years.
