Come join the fun of After-School Good News Club for children in K-5th grade! Meeting at East Derry Memorial School (Music Room) on Fridays (March 6-April 24 , 2015) from 3:05-4:20 pm; Meeting at Barka Elementary School (Library) on Fridays (March 6-April 24, 2015) from 3:05-4:20 pm. Good News Club is sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship Inc., an international, Bible-centered, non-denominational organization. Good News Clubs are held once a week after school in a designated classroom for all children regardless of religious background or affiliation. Club includes a Bible lesson, creative learning activities, songs, Scripture memory, games, snacks and more. Club is taught by volunteers trained and carefully screened by CEF’s Child Protection Policy. There is no cost to attend club. Written parental permission is required for children to attend. Permission slips are available in the school office. April 4th-An Easter Eggstravanganza will be held Saturday, April 4, at Journey Church, 5 Tinkham Ave., Derry. The event will include an Easter Egg Hunt at 10:30, food, games and crafts. The event is free and open to the public. For more information visit www.journeynh.org.
April 5th-Calvary Chapel’s Easter Service will be at 9am Easter Sunday (April 5). A Time of Worship will be followed by a message entitled “Heaven and the Cross” and will feature a video by Billy Graham. The Service is open to anyone.
