Oct. 14-Real Life Giving, a New Hampshire anti-human trafficking nonprofit, will be presenting: “I Am Someone’s Daughter: A Personal Story of Surviving Sex Trafficking in America” on Wednesday, October 14th, 7:00 pm, at Nashua Community College. Jasmine Grace Marino, a leader in the anti-trafficking movement, will be sharing her life experience as a survivor of sexual exploitation, using her story to raise awareness and highlight prevention and abolition efforts. Today, working with law enforcement, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, she provides a survivor voice to guide and advise on issues such as safe home and program development, website content, peer mentorship, curriculum development, and aftercare support. Oct. 22-Dr. Peter Kreeft, Christian speaker, writer, apologist and philosopher, will speak in Auburn, MA on Thursday, October 22nd, 7pm on the topic “Only Saints Can Win Our Culture for Christ”, sponsored by the New England Christian Study Center. The Location is Faith Baptist Church at 22 Faith Avenue in Auburn, MA. Dessert & beverages provided. Admission is $10. Nov. 7-Attention all runners, walkers, families and kids of all ages—Jesus is the Way Mission for Haiti invites you to join us at our annual 5K Run for One (hosted by Millennium Running)on November 7th (registration opens at 8, and the race kicks off at 9am)at  Mine Falls park @ Stello’s Stadium in Nashua, NH. Each participant in the event is paired up with a student in Haiti, and they run or walk with a pin of their ‘sponsor’ child on their shirts. Awards are given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each respective age group, which include gift certificates to Fleet Feet Sports in Nashua.  For more information call 603.860.7299.
