Believers United in Christ: Gathering for a Day of Worship, Prayer and Praise in Johnston!

Believers United in Christ invite all to join them at the beautiful Johnston Memorial Park, 1583 Hartford Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919 for a day of Worship, Prayer and Praise and fun-filled activities for the whole family.  Musical Groups,  a Children’s Live Theatrical Play, the Adult & Teen Challenge Women’s Choir  and more will be presenting. Churches are invited to come and share and display their ministry programs to help local communities, as this will help unify the Body of Christ. Churches are also encouraged to make this a congregational outing by bringing picnic items, lawn games and more (food trucks will be available for those who do not wish to carry in food).

The Event hosts cordially invite all state and local officials, school administrators, first responders, or your designees to take part in this event, and congregants of all churches are encouraged to invite those involved with civic organizations in the community: police, fire, school, local or state leaders. At 12PM the Event hosts will ask all leaders who choose to join them in this celebration, to join them on-stage where spiritual leaders will lead a prayer for all those on the front line, seeking the wisdom of Holy Spirit to be upon them and their leadership activities, as they serve the people of our beautiful state on the ground , in legislating and in every exercise of their responsibilities. Christians are called to pray ( 1 Timothy 2:1-2) for all people great or small. On this special day, as we pray, we will give thanks to God for our beautiful State, and for all who live here and those who serve them in every capacity.
